I have had a close business relationship with the employees of Medical Software Associates since becoming office manager for our practice in 2001. They are very professional, helpful and knowledgeable of their products. Any problems we have had are handled promptly and efficiently. I have found that if the person to whom you are speaking cannot solve the problem immediately, they will research until they do and within a reasonable period of time. The training we had when we purchased our PM and EMR programs was superior, both in a group setting and one-on-one setting. They were patient and kind with those of us who may have had a problem grasping a procedure. They were very thorough in their training leaving no stones unturned. I can and have highly recommend this company due to all the reasons above and also the fact that they have products that can meet the needs of any size and type of practice and superior support for these products.
